We review submissions before publishing them, but we cannot guarantee every resource is fully accurate or up to date. If you spot an error, please contact us so we can correct it.

Links to Other Websites and Affiliate Links

The Service may include links to other websites, including PMI, Axelos, PM4NGOs, and Ko-fi.

We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read the terms of any outside website you visit.

Some pages may include affiliate links. If you buy something through one of these links, an instructor or contributor may earn a small commission. This never changes the price you pay. Our full affiliate policy is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Donations

You may choose to support an instructor or the platform through Ko-fi. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not create any special rights over the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, including if you break these terms.

If your access ends, your right to use the Service stops straight away.

Limitation of Liability

Projects101 Academy provides its Service for free. Because of this, our liability to you is limited to the total amount you have donated through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not donated anything.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

“As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful code. We do not promise that any course content will meet your specific needs or exam requirements.

Where local law does not allow us to exclude certain warranties, our exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing Law

Malawian law governs these terms and your use of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be changed as little as possible to keep its intent. The rest of these terms stay in effect.

If we do not enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean we give up that right for the future.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.

If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
