We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Across developing regions like sub-Saharan Africa, countless individuals possess the drive and ability to lead transformative projects — yet many are held back by the high costs of professional development and certification.
That’s where we come in!
Through our volunteer-led initiative, we are breaking down financial barriers and opening doors to globally recognized project management certifications. By equipping changemakers with the skills and credentials they need, we aim to fuel personal growth, empower communities, and contribute to sustainable development across developing and middle-income countries.
I spent years watching talented people in Malawi and across Africa struggle to break into project management — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access. Projects101 is my answer to that. It is not a charity. It is a correction.

The Projects101 Platform is a dynamic, voluntary initiative designed to bring together project management enthusiasts, professionals, and aspiring leaders worldwide. Our mission is to create a collaborative space where knowledge is shared freely, empowering individuals to achieve their project management goals without the burden of financial constraints. Here’s how this unique platform operates and how you can get involved:
A Platform for Sharing and Learning
At the heart of the Projects101 Platform is the belief that knowledge should be accessible to all. We invite anyone with valuable resources related to project management to contribute to our community. Whether you have written a blog article, created a project template, developed flashcards, compiled sample exam questions, or authored a comprehensive guide, your contributions are welcome here. Sharing your expertise not only enriches the community but also helps aspiring project managers around the world access the tools they need to succeed.
To contribute, simply visit the relevant submission page on our website. Once submitted, your resource will be reviewed by our Platform Admin within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality standards before being published. This process ensures that all shared materials are accurate and valuable and align with our mission to provide high-quality, accessible project management education.
How We Sustain

Managing and sustaining Projects101 involves real financial and time investments — from hosting and domain costs to premium plugins and other operational expenses. To keep offering high-quality resources and support to our community for free, we use three strategies.
