PMI PMBOK® 8th Edition Flashcards
Preparing for the PMP or CAPM exam takes practice, not just reading. This flashcard suite lets you review the PMBOK® 8th Edition, one chapter at a time. There are 14 flashcard sets in total, covering the Standard for Project Management, all seven performance domains, tailoring, and the appendices. Each card shows a term or concept on the front. Flip it over to reveal the definition on the back, so you can check your recall before moving to the next chapter.
We built these flashcards because exam prep should not come with a price tag. Every card is original and written by our volunteer team, and you can flip through them at your own pace. Work through them in any order, review any set as many times as you like, and use them alongside your own study notes or a training course.
This resource draws inspiration from our founder’s own certification journey. George Mwika Kayange, Projects101 Academy’s founder, sat and passed the CAPM, PMI-ACP, and PMP exams, and wrote openly about the effort, setbacks, and lessons behind that path. You can read his full story here: My Journey to PMP Certification. That experience shaped how we built this flashcard suite. We aim to give learners practical, no-cost support that was hard to find during his own preparation.
Certification study can feel overwhelming, especially without access to expensive courses or coaching. These flashcards are designed to close that gap, giving you a structured way to review key terms chapter by chapter and build genuine recall before exam day, not just familiarity with the material. Pick a chapter below and start reviewing today.
Be inspired by our founder's journey to becoming PMP-certified in 2021 and see how that experience continues to shape the practical, high-quality project management training we provide today. Read full story here .
