Hello, my name is George Mwika Kayange. I am the founder of Projects101 Academy. I'm also the founder of the First Web Foundation — but that's a story for another day 😊

My main role here is Platform Admin. That means I'm in charge of managing this platform.

I have almost 25 years of experience managing projects and programmes, mainly in the development sector. I have worked in Malawi, India, Botswana, and the United Kingdom.

Besides other credentials, I hold the following Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Over the years, I have learnt that certifications alone — or knowledge of PM tools and processes — do not always guarantee success. Personal and team productivity matter just as much. For the past few years, I have dedicated my time to improving my own productivity and that of project teams.
