Hello, my name is George Mwika Kayange. I am the founder of Projects 101 Academy. My main role here is 'Platform Admin.' Essentially, that means I'm in charge of managing this exciting platform. I have almost 25 years of experience managing projects and programmes mainly in the development sector, having worked in the following countries: Malawi, India, Botswana, and the United Kingdom. Besides other credentials, I hold the following Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). However, over the years, I have learnt that project management (PM) certifications alone, or knowledge of PM tools and processes, do not always impact success. Personal and team productivity significantly contribute to overall project success.
